Salary: Grade 6 - £20,903 - £23,541 per annum

The Customer Feedback and Complaints Team is responsible for the operation of certain procedures in order to deal with formal complaints from members of the public. The Team ensures compliance with the Council’s statutory obligations, corporate accountabilities and Ombudsman directives in respect of services we provide and commission.
We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to work within the Customer Feedback and Complaints Team.
The role is to respond to informal complaints and enquiries including those of a more complex nature which are within the scope of the post’s responsibility whilst adhering to the Corporate Complaints Procedure.
Experience of using Microsoft Office and Teams is essential.
