Location: Stafford with flexibility (and hybrid working)
Salary: £38553- £42614 per annum
Contract type: 37 Hours per week | Full time | Fixed term up to 12 months we’re happy to talk flexible working
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who can drive the improvement of our Early Help offer to families. You will be working closely with all parts of the Performance, Quality Assurance and Engagement Team and Commissioning Team for Early Help to develop our processes and assurance information and ensure we deliver the requirements of the Supporting Families programme (known locally as Building Resilient Families and Communities: BRFC).
Duties will include:
The work you’ll do in this role will have a direct impact on the children and families in our communities so it’s important work that can help our services to change lives.
What you’ll bring
You will be a proactive individual who understands the impact that good quality processes and intelligence have on improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
You will have excellent communication skills, ability to join up information from a variety of sources, experience in project management and process improvement.
