Casual Registration Officer

The Registration Service is part of Staffordshire County Council’s Customer Service function. The job of a registration officer can be very rewarding. It demands high standards of accuracy, an eye for detail and the willingness to work within a legal framework, and above all the ability to be sensitive and flexible to the needs of the public.We are looking for positive individuals who have experience of working in a front facing customer focused environment. You will be required to conduct marriages, civil partnership ceremonies, naming ceremonies and vow renewals.
You should be enthusiastic, professional, flexible, and committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving high quality standards.
This position is a casual role and is mainly seasonal work during the summer months with availability needed throughout the week including weekends. We are looking to recruit dedicated individuals in the areas below and you will be required to travel between Registration Offices and other locations in Staffordshire.
