Our team
Business Support is key to the success of our Children’s Services because our Business Support teams are there, making sure things run smoothly, so that our frontline colleagues can deliver for children and families in the community. All that work in the background doesn’t just happen, it takes dedicated colleagues, taking pride in their work and seeing a purpose in the work they are doing.
You might be leading a team of other Business Support colleagues, or you might be assisting Social Work colleagues by updating service user records on the IT systems we use. Importantly everything we do in Business Support, will have a positive impact on people across Staffordshire.
Our role
We have the following role available at our Moorlands District which are:
Business Support Assistant (Practitioner Team) – Grade 3 I permanent I Biddulph I 37 hrs I Monday – Friday
This role will focus on providing a range of core administrative and financial functions to support practitioners and you will be a first point of contact for enquiries. You will use departmental databases and financial systems and the full range of Microsoft packages as part of your daily administrative work.
