Our team
We’re currently looking for Social Workers to join our Care Planning and Court Team based in South East Staffordshire. This team is responsible for a high number of children in care and proceedings in the Family Court. Our team have a reputation for providing high quality support to our ‘Looked After Children’, and for their detailed analytical assessments, reports and evidence which they present to the Courts. Our team always seek to achieve placement stability and sound permanency planning, as well as reunification support. Also, we’re a supportive bunch who enjoy working together to achieve positive outcomes for our children and young people in South Staffordshire.
What we’ll need from you
You’ll need to be an experienced Social Worker that’s used to working in a busy team environment. You’ll pride yourself on being able to engage and communicate effectively with children, with a focus on wanting to help children in care to reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with our colleagues in Safeguarding, Fostering, Adoption and Friends and Family Teams making sure we take a joined-up approach to ensuring best outcomes for our children.
