Technical Team Leader Network & Security Operations
Salary: £37,890- £41,881 per annum
37 Hours per week – Permanent
Staffordshire ICT is responsible for the delivery of ICT services to Staffordshire County Council and a range of partner organisations. This new post is responsible for ensuring that the councils network and security operation services are robustly managed to ensure that ICT services are highly available and secure allowing the councils workforce to deliver its core functions without compromise.
You will be responsible for a team of network and security specialists that manage the councils Public Sector Network that not only provides ICT services to the council but also to Health, Fire and Rescue and District\Borough Council partners. You will also have responsibility for operational security, utilising tools such as Tenable to unearth vulnerabilities and manage resolver groups to ensure that cyber security risks are quickly addressed or mitigated.
You will have experience of managing enterprise scale networks built on Cisco technologies and significant experience in managing suppliers responsible for Network and Security Services.
You will need to be a great motivator and be able to shape and build a team that is essential to the delivery of ICT services to the Staffordshire Public Sector.
You will be experienced in ITIL processes and have substantial experience in relevant ICT areas.
