Business Support Officer -

Salary: £19,698 - £20,903 per annum (pro rata)
25 Hours per week – (Monday to Friday)
Business Support & Assurance is a central business support function which is aligned to meet the requirements of Staffordshire County Council and which fulfils the needs of the organisation as it evolves.
An exciting opportunity is available based in our Civic Office in County Buildings providing administrative support to the Lord-Lieutenant of Staffordshire, the Vice Lord-Lieutenant, and the Deputy Lieutenancy network.
You will require excellent organisational, communication and the enthusiasm to ensure the delivery of successful outcomes for the lieutenancy, the Council, and the County of Staffordshire.
You will be providing administrative support including diary management; meeting support; co-ordination of invitations for a wide variety of public duties, engagements, and community activities.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate the ability to work flexibly to ensure that the team is able to meet fluctuating demands.
