Staffordshire Virtual School for Looked After and Previously Looked After Children is passionate about supporting all of our children from early years to post 16 to be able to thrive in education. We are looking to recruit an experienced educational psychologist to lead our work and county wide strategy in supporting our education settings to become attachment aware and trauma informed. Help us to develop the skills of our carers, education practitioners, social care practitioners and other key partners to be able to help our children to engage and achieve in education. An element of the role will be direct work with children, working alongside the team around the young people to assess and identify early intervention strategies as part of the Personal Education Planning process.
