Customer Service Assistant – Reception/Post Room
Salary: £19,312.00 - £19,698.00 per annum
37 Hours per week – Permanent

This role is based at Staffordshire Place
We are looking to recruit a full time Receptionist/Post Room Assistant.
Duties will include –
Providing reception cover both in person and on the telephone
Processing Blue Badge Applications
Receiving and recording incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
You will be required to work using your own initiative, judgement and to be a role model to lower graded staff. You will also be required to work efficiently and as part of a team.
The hours of work are between 8.00 -16.00 Monday -Friday.
